Return Window: 30 days from delivery Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Restocking Fee: Up to 25% may apply per manufacturer inspection. Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals. Exceptions: Built-in or customized components that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return. How to Start a Return: Email support@theluxepatios.com with your order number and item details. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
