Return Window: 14 days from delivery
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: Determined by Arteflame- 5-35% of the item price depending on condition of items upon return. (Only 35% if items need refinishing)
Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original crate or packaging.
Exceptions: Customized or built-to-order grills, bases, or cooktops are final sale once in production.

Additional Notes:

• Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
• Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours.
• Refunds are issued after inspection less applicable fees.
