We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to:

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment reaches your local terminal.

Flat-Rate Freight Shipping

Some products ship via flat-rate freight shipping of $179.

This covers palletized freight service including residential delivery and lift-gate service when required.

Heavy Freight Shipping

Oversized products or multi-pallet shipments require heavy freight delivery, which carries a flat shipping rate of $499.

These items may require:

• Additional pallet space
• Specialized freight handling
• Larger freight carriers

Heavy freight shipments are scheduled by appointment with the delivery carrier.

Full Outdoor Kitchen Orders & Multi-Pallet Shipments

Complete outdoor kitchens and larger bundled orders may ship as multi-pallet freight deliveries.

For these orders:

• Freight shipments may arrive in multiple deliveries
• Carriers will schedule delivery appointments
• Tracking information will be provided when shipments leave the warehouse

Commercial Delivery Option

If your order ships to a verified commercial address with a loading dock or forklift available, lift-gate service may not be required.

In these cases:

• Residential delivery fees may be adjusted
• Any changes will be communicated prior to shipment

If a residential address is submitted as commercial and the freight carrier later applies additional fees, those charges may be passed through accordingly.

Delivery Inspection & Damage Policy

Please inspect all shipments carefully before signing for delivery.

If you notice visible damage:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt
• Photograph the packaging, pallets, and product
• Refuse delivery if damage appears severe

For concealed damage:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Email photos to support@theluxepatios.com

We will assist with freight claims and product replacements in accordance with manufacturer policies.
